My husband and I love this so much we could eat it every week. My kids enjoy the cabbage, but for some reason they don’t love noodles as much as they love pasta, so sometimes I serve it to them with rice. Since you already bought/made pickles for the “Le Bowl” this week, this is the perfect dish to continue using them. I use the recipe for my Bahn Mi with whatever protein we are craving at the moment (rotisserie chicken, ground beef, ground pork, pulled pork, etc), and serve it over this in lieu of bread. It even tastes great with a fried egg and some pickled veggies (needs the acid)!
