I can, and have always been able, to eat sushi or anything from Bear Flag Fish Co. every day. However, there was a brief period of time where it wasn’t hitting the spot quite like it used to. Then I tried one of their specials and realized I had been doing it all wrong. The blackened and cajun seasoning options are game changers, so naturally I recreate the flavor profiles at home.
